1st stop locked in. Rochester NY! The hills of Vermont and New York are unforgiving. What's worse: the lack of beautiful mountain-as vista or trudging up-hill to see it? It's good to be in the middle of the country:)
The total pool of ALS donating is up to $1,535. A great start but we still need to make it to $3,600!

do you have a map of your ride? It would be great if you could post it on www.mapmyride.com so that other supporters could come out and cheer you on and ride with you. If you come through Minnesota you have a place to stay.
